Our company was founded in Berlin, Vermont in 1978 to serve the central Vermont area with quality custom modular homes, built by Vermont craftsman to withstand the harsh New England weather conditions. Since that time we have designed and built our current 100,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility in East Montpelier, Vermont, servicing all of New England. This facility incorporates the latest in building technology, allowing for highly efficient homes. We have accomplished this without compromising the original concept of both quality and customization.

Over the years we have built thousands of homes for people who chose to work with a modular home manufacturer that would build a home of their design and stand behind that house once it was built.
