Huntington Homes, Inc. is a modular manufacturer. We pre-build modular components in our shop and ship them to all parts of New England and portions of Northern New York. The modules are then finished onsite by a local contractor. Below is a general outline of the process.
|
Owner's Contractor or Huntington Homes Builder / Dealer: Contact Huntington Homes to discuss Onsite Contracting options. Depending on your location, Huntington Homes may have an authorized Builder / Dealer that will offer turnkey contracting. Otherwise we may have suggestions or recommendations for independent contractors in your area.

Plans: Our Engineering / Drafting Department will prepare preliminary plans for your house. We can either; work with one of our plans, work from your architect / designers plans, or start from scratch. If working from scratch we may develop the plans in-house or refer you to an architect / designer to help you formulate your ideas. This will depend on the complexity of your house.

Specifications: Once your plans have been finalized it is time to put together specifications. If you are using an Authorized Builder / Dealer, you will work with them to pick out finish materials for your home. If you are working with your own General Contractor then you'd work directly with Huntington Homes to pick out finish materials. You may also visit our Specs page.
